Momento is an event planning company: we sign one written agreement with you and are responsible for delivering everything listed in it, working with our own team and partner vendors we select.

Your payments are tied to transparent milestones: booking confirmation, food tasting & 3D approval, and final event-week sign-off.
A Momento coordination team is on-site before guests arrive to manage timing, quality and stage protocol. Team size depends on your package and is stated in your quote.
We check the partner vendors we work with before we use them, and your contract lists exactly what is included, what each milestone payment covers, and what happens if something we promised can't be delivered.
